Letrozole

Letrozole works by blocking the aromatase enzyme, which converts androgens like testosterone into estrogen. This action significantly reduces estrogen levels in the body, which is crucial for bodybuilders to prevent estrogen-related side effects such as gynecomastia (development of breast tissue in men), water retention, and increased fat deposition.

Letrozole is known for being one of the most powerful aromatase inhibitors available, making it highly effective for quickly and substantially lowering estrogen levels. Bodybuilders often use Letrozole when they experience severe estrogenic side effects or when other aromatase inhibitors are insufficient. Typical dosages range from 0.25 mg to 1 mg every other day, but due to its potency, even lower doses can be very effective.
